Limited Warranty & Return Policy

Lan Enterprises, LLC is proud to warrant that its ZOOPER strollers are free from all defects of materials and workmanship. All wheels and inner tubes are warranted for 4 months, all fabrics for 6 months, and all chassis for one year from the original date of purchase, provided that you are the original purchaser or gift recipient who is the initial end-user. Transfer or resale of this product will automatically terminate warranty coverage. This warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase only after you return the warranty card along with an original or photocopied receipt to Lan Enterprises, LLC indicating the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use. It does not cover damage from accident (including tire punctures), misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, the affixing of any attachment not provided by Lan Enterprises, LLC with the stroller, and loss of parts.
WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, AND WE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
If this exclusion is invalid, these implied warranties shall be limited to the one-year term of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you.

You must first contact us and receive a return authorization number (RAN) from a Lan Enterprises, LLC customer service representative before you return the product to us. Upon receiving a RAN, send the product prepaid and fully insured to our customer service center. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defect to Lan Enterprises, LLC. You must indicate the RAN on the outside of the parcel or it will be returned.

The sole obligation of Lan Enterprises, LLC under this limited warranty is to repair or replace, at our option, the product covered by this warranty, and this obligation will only apply during the term of the limited warranty. In the event of a defect covered by this limited warranty, Lan Enterprises, LLC will cover the cost of all parts and labor necessary to remedy the defect.
We reserve the right to change the designs of our products without assuming any obligation to modify any previously manufactured product. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This is the entire warranty agreement relating to the Zooper Strollers. No modification of this warranty shall be valid unless it is written and signed by an executive of Lan Enterprises, LLC. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Please keep in mind – Your Warranty may not be honored if any of the following applies to you:
• You are not the original purchaser/ gift recipient of stroller.
• You purchased your stroller through a Clearinghouse, Liquidation, or Second Hand shop, including ALL EBAY purchases.
• You stroller is faulty due to misuse or poor maintenance. Please refer to your instruction manual for instructions on the proper use and care of your Zooper.
• Your stroller is faulty due to general wear and tear, which is the result of everyday use.
• Your stroller is damaged as a result of an accident.
• Lan Enterprises, LLC is not satisfied that the stated warranty terms and conditions have been met. This is at the sole discretion of Lan Enterprises, LLC.
